 If someone is asked to choose which one the job is the most stressful among teacher, pilot and a docter. The answer must be teacher. Teacher can be a very hard work because it is not easy to take control many people in a place. Yet, the failure that spooks the teacher himself. Here, the writer have simple tips to decline or to decrease the level of stress that the teacher have. Hopely, by practicing these tips, the teacher will be able to try to release something that can be stuffy in the teacher mind. However, we need to link to the teacher himself whether he can consider that every problem in his or her teaching is common and take it as easy as possible.

Discovering Ability

Discovering Ability is teacher activity for roam the ability of students when the test of the students is under standard completeness. Discovering Ability also can be mean to ask students to answer the same question with other ways. If this Discovering Ability is not success, teacher can do remedial test to their students who have score under standard without through Discovering Ability phase.

Ali was a first student class in Elementary School. He got Indonesian question paper from his teacher. The question was “make a writing about garden in the back of you house”. The teacher prepared rubric score. If student write more then three sentence, the score was 10. If students just write two sentences, the score was 8 and if the students just write one sentence, the score was 7. However, if the students just write one or two words, the score was 5. The score of standard completeness was 8. In fact, Ali just answered with one word, which was “FERTILE” with the capital letter. Be knowledgeable, he did not like to write. Ali’s answer was not direct entering in final scoring by the teacher and he must do remedial test, but his teacher did Discovering Ability to him. Then, teacher asked to Ali, “Ali, can you try to tell me about your garden?” then Ali was very fluent to tell, he told many things what happened in his garden. Finally, the teacher decided to give him 10 in scoring this question. Not score 5 for answered with one word “FERTILE”.

If question test that is made by a teacher is tested to students and many students can not do it as like as the standard completeness, it means the question low of quality. This concept astonishes many teachers who like to make difficult question. Many teachers still have a hunch that difficult question is good question. This point of view must be undeviating.

Become a professional teacher it is mean become teacher who never stops learning. The big assets and very precious in a school is a teacher who have certain quality. Miriam Kronish, the headmaster of elementary school Eliot, Needham, Massachusetts which the best school in America, said in her speech “The future of education in America is determined by a power and if we have that power, it will be main program in our school that is teacher training. Teacher does not enough to read new learning method. Teacher must be done exercises; she/he is like an actor or a poet who need to practice. After that, teacher can teach other people. Professional teacher surge America in the future.”

The Meaning Of Teacher

Teaching is an ancient but the most respectful, noble and prophetic profession in the world. Teaching demands a lot of qualities from a teacher and these qualities can be achieved and acquired by a constant progress in this field.
Successful teaching is not just a question of knowing methodology. A teacher may have some super techniques but still fails because his attitude toward the students is not desirable. Thus the golden techniques of teaching fail when the teacher uses authoritative tone for the innocent learners.
Weak students are usually afraid of their teachers, so a teacher should not be a demon for them. First of all he must remove their fears. When they feel a bit free with him then they will learn more. Encouragement from their teacher will make them cross many thresholds.
Teacher must make his teaching interesting. It is possible only when he prepares his lesson well and he is genuinely interested in his teaching work and derives pleasure from it.

The Things Should Be Understand To Be A Good Teacher

So you want to be a good teacher? Well the first thing you have to do is understand what a good teacher really is, what makes them good?
The great thing here is that there has been millions of amazing teachers throughout history that you can study; you don’t have to recreate the wheel, just use it. The same applies, you don’t have to come up with some incredible new technique, just look to what makes a great teacher and use that with your own style and flare.
When you are passionate about something you act differently around it and we are very good at subtle communication so we can tell very quickly when you are passionate or not. There will be more movement, there will be more confidence, you will want to talk about it, and it can even be difficult to stop you talking about it. Passion is infectious, if you get excited about something; other people will get excited about it as well.
It is extremely difficult to ignore someone or feel uninterested in someone when they are genuinely excited and passionate about the subject they are discussing.

 What The Teachers Loves To Do

A good teacher loves what he is doing and tries to reach each and every student in his class. He establishes a rapport with his students. He lets the students know that they are special and that he can be counted on to always have their best interest at heart.
Learning to be an effective teacher is something that begins after you start teaching. If someone doesn't realize this from the very beginning in their career, they will never become a good teacher. A good teacher never stops learning. He studies his students. He understands that no two students are the same. Personalities and especially learning styles vary greatly from student to student. Being able to access the resources that will match the learning style of each student is what makes a teacher effective.
Qualities That Teachers Have

Being an excellent teacher is a quality that everyone who is in the profession should crave for. Teaching is a career that calls for a heart involvement. Success in teaching does not come by teaching alone but a deep devotion to ensure that the students have learned.
The under listed are some of the qualities that I have seen from experience as both a teacher and a parent that make a good teacher:
*Does not play favorites – Even though he gives personal attention, a good teacher does not play favourites either implicitly or explicitly. It might be a difficult task not to be more disposed to some well behaved and brilliant students. A good teacher will however ensure that everyone is carried along.

Honesty and Education

            In connection with education, honesty does not connect itself to the education, but if we connect it with the basic of education, of course it has. Honesty has become more familiar with educational life since honesty have been needed to generate good generation both in attitude and intelligency. In connection to the attitude, honesty is needed to form good behavior towards environment and human beings. This honesty should be emerged since they start becoming a learner. Indeed, honesty does not connect to education directly, but just like an expert says “education without religion is lame, religion without education is blind. In this proverb clearly says that religion that refers to honesty and merits is strongly connected.
            Lately, in our beloved country, INDONESIA, we always hear about fraudulence when the students having an exam. They play with this as if they played in a gambling, the worse one occurs when the teachers involve themselves to do this. As we know that since this country was independent and free from colonialism, we establish our educational system more score-oriented, on the other word,  we do rely on the score, we make the score as the main purpose in education. Unfortunately, this situation is getting worse when the government prevails a standarized score to determine whether the students pass or fail to graduate from their school. Of course, many students learn as hard as they can, but as we know not all of the students can reach and seize the standard that prevailed by the government, the only way they will do is cheating. This way is considered as the best one when they have no choice in facing terrible examination. They are right in one side, because they just want to pass the exam and get graduation certificate.
            This cheating should be decreased or even deleted from our educational system. Because this fraudulence will influence their future work, thay will be accustomed to the bad way to get something. They will just think about themselves, they never care to the others. This is the importance of being honest in education.
            The question eill emerge in our brain “ what should a good teacher do to overcome this problem ?”. Well, as we know that a good teacher will always guide students to be good including avoid the students become dishonest.  It will be very difficult to plant the understanding of being honest in the students themselves, but as long as we are as the teacher we can do it. First, build the students’ self-image, so that they can recognize themselves about who they are. What their majority is and recognize the best learning technique that is appropriate for them. Second, plant self-confidence in them so that they can believe in themselves. The third one is to give them understanding that score is not everything.
            To summarize, the roles of good teacher to generate the better generation in education will be very needed. Honesty becomes the most important thing in education when honesty is on decreasing.

FORGET SOMETHING, SIR ? IT IS COMMON

            It is very natural that every human on the earTh doing or making mistake. Including in the educational environtment, teacher, students sometimes make mistake undeliberately. For some cases or fields making mistake can be considered as the simple ones, but it can influence the students’ reliability towards the teacher. Because, however, mistake is often described as the weaknesses of someone. For a teacher who has responsibility for teaching and educating needs to be aware of this problem, by treating the mistake properly, the teacher can avoid getting their problem that is losing their students’ reliability.
            Avoid making mistake by asking the students back. Sometimes, as a teacher is challenged by his or her students. By asking the hard and difficult questions, the students know the level of teacher’s ability. Lucky, if a teacher can answer the answer. Lucky if a teacher can guess correctly. But, how if the teacher got hammered by being asked such difficult questions ???. what a pity such poor teacher. Here, the writer have an efective way and intriguing technique to “avenge” the challengers in the class. The students ask hard, so does the teacher. If a teacher trapped in this problem of thinking, for instance the teacher does not know the answer of the questions. The teacher may ask for the students’ help back. The wise teacher in such bad condition will say “ ok, I know exactly the answer, but I need to know how far your understanding and your critical thinking are !!” what a smart teacher, his or her students will think. As a teacher who is considered as the highest one in the educational environment gives additional time to students to think and answer difficult questions although, in fact, he or she gives the additional time for them to answer the question.
     
THE RIGHT TEACHER ON THE RIGHT PLACE

            The teacher, as we know is the model for all. It is not matter whether he or she teach in his or her own society where he or she belongs to or at another society. We know that god almighty has made many tribes in many nations in many continents on one earth. In connection with that, a teacher who has responsibility to educate and teach generation, the teacher has to be accostumed or familiar to the situation or different environtment where she or he teaches. How to be familiar to the alien environment, in other word the different society from the teacher’s.
            Tribes, this aspect strongly connected to the race that dwell or settle in somewhere. It is very lucky if a teacher  has his or her duty in the race or tribe where the teacher himself or herself belongs to, but it is rather unlucky if a teacher has a duty in another tribe that can be very different from his or her own. An old proverb says “the home is where we are living” .this problem can be influential for the teacher’s duty, however there must be consequences for everything including “on duty”. Many teachers try to solve this difference as hard as possible but again they fail to solve it. Why ? it is very easy to answer. Solving problem must be begun at the teachers themselves. Being accustomed to the local tribe is the best “solving problem” to this question. We need to be more local like although we should not follow all way. First, try to look chance when we can  commune with the locals, try to understand their overview what they say good and bad thing are. This step will give us as the model to absorb their cultural values. Second, do not give any instruction to them at all. As an educated people, the teacher feels that he or she ought to give some advice to the local. This step will show you how important being silent is. Being silent may be considered as negative;in contrast, the locals will consider it as the best thing for an “alien” like a teacher. They will respect you as the alien and if you break the rule you will be considered as the rebellion. As the result, they will show their hostile attitude towards you.
            Religions, this thing highly influence beliefs of locals and natives. In their religion there must be things that should be done and should not be done.if we have the same religion with the native, may be we are the lucky ones, but how if the teacher that has different religious has duty in such alien society. Absorbing the cultural values will be much longer. The best accutom way is never differ them from us. It will be considered as the equality in teaching. They ( the local) will feel that they are respected listen such pluralism teacher.

How to Make Teaching More Fun

A good teacher inspires, encourages students to learn, makes lessons fun and commands respect by their own example. They are able to set and keep to behaviour rules when in the classroom, they encourage a respect for each other in the students and above all, they encourage students to follow their passion for a subject.
There is nothing quite so satisfying when, after a hard day's work when students and you have worked really hard, students come to you and thank you at the end of a lesson. For a teacher, this is the best feed back you can have, to know that you have encouraged your students, that they have enjoyed learning even though they have perhaps found it difficult, but go away feeling very positive, confident and keen to come to the next class.
Being a good teacher takes skills and time. Even a highly knowledgeable teacher is not necessarily a good one. You need to firstly understand what your students need from you.

Do they need instruction in the basics of a subject or do they need direction and encouragement in their own studies? A good teacher will give them ideas which they can use to further their knowledge, they will also teach students the value of a subject and that most subjects are not just valuable while you are learning a syllabus but can be applied outside the confines of school or college and will be important in other aspects of their lives.

Relaying material or explaining material is main job of a teacher, because of that the teacher must be able to know how to teach well and understandable. Many teachers keep explaining material although his / her students do not understand. Indonesian proverb “slow but sure” can be a reference to teach well. Well, just like make a well the teacher need to be patient in teaching students. We know that not all the students are smart and easy to understand the material. We need to distinguish them too. Stake Out of Learning Strategies

 The good learning strategies is limit the time to teacher in doing presentation (30%), give many time (70%) for students activity. With that activity, automatically students will learn.
Process of knowledge transference in learning will success if many time to condition of students activity, not in condition of teacher teaching. The success of learning also faster to materialized if process of transfer do with gratify atmosphere. In summary paradigm of teaching learning that must believe by every teacher is when teacher teach, not sure students follow to learn, maybe the student will sleepy.

The teacher must be able to see students needs
as the teacher and as the model in the classroom, a good teacher must be able to adapt themselves and place themselves to the right situation. when we look at the intellegency aspect, the teacher must be able to distinguish between the skilled-pupil and non-skilled pupil. here, the teacher must be able to see the students' needs instead of guess and explains over and over.when we look at the economic ability  of the students, we will recognize the poor students and the rich students that can influence their achievement in term of rank in the class. Also, when we look at the students style learning, we should be able to perform the better style according to their learning style.
