The teacher must be able to see students needs

as the teacher and as the model in the classroom, a good teacher must be able to adapt themselves and place themselves to the right situation. when we look at the intellegency aspect, the teacher must be able to distinguish between the skilled-pupil and non-skilled pupil. here, the teacher must be able to see the students' needs instead of guess and explains over and over.when we look at the economic ability  of the students, we will recognize the poor students and the rich students that can influence their achievement in term of rank in the class. Also, when we look at the students style learning, we should be able to perform the better style according to their learning style.

a.       In term of students intellegency

There are many kind of students in term of  intellgency, low intellegency, middle  intellegency and high intellegency. If we face these differences the good teacher must be able to place themselves to the right situation, for instance, the teacher ought to choose the appropriate technique for the students.  The teacher pays his or her attention to certain students so that the students can understand materials

b.      In term of students economic ability

Economic is far from a students educational life. But, for some reasons, it is very crucial thing. If the teacher teaches at the marvelous school, may be the teacher can get students to do sophicasted ones. But,  how about the schools at the country border. Most people at the border are poor, how come the teacher can get them to do sophicasted ones ?. the teacher should be aware of this.

c.       In term of students learning style

If we ask ourselves what the main purpose of education is. The brain directs to a fact that the main purpose is make the students understand and become educated-ones. How we can seize this purpose ? the main way is by paying attention to the personalities itself. In term of what kind of their learning style is. Adapting teacher’s teaching may be  quite difficult, but teacher have to so that for sake the main purpose of education.
