            Education world and school is a science sector that always develops (dynamist). A professional teacher may not left in dynamic of develop in science education. Learning programs for teacher which must be followed and be done are:

@ General and special training which connected with education continuously

This training can be done by education consultant in that school, invite education expert, of follow training program, either which is presented by education official or private institute. Output of training can be socialized to other teacher who never follow that training so, the update information can always be protected. More often a school make teacher training, more qualify that school. It is the true meaning of excellent school.

@ Resensi program

Resensi program is one of good ability and it can support the development of teacher quality in school. The book that must be review is a book that connected with teacher’s job. The book can be photocopied and every chapter is delivered to teachers and they can Resensi and present the book. A teacher will not feel burden when they must resensi one chapter for one book.

Make lesson plan

Lesson plan is planning which is made by teacher before they teach. The general mistake that is done by teacher is never making lesson plan first when they will teach. Learning quality of a teacher will be very different with a teacher who does not make lesson plan before teaching.
