How To Be A Good Teacher





1.       Introduction
“teacher” is a word that comprises two morphemes. The first morpheme is teach it means transfer the knowledge to the other sides. The se
cond morpheme is er that means the doer of something. So that, the teacher is a person or doer that teach pupils. There are so many kinds of teacher. There are also many kinds of teacher that liked by their pupils. But actually, only “good teacher” deserves to be pedagogue or in other word good in teaching. It is very difficult to become a good teacher, but with this article the reader can become a good teacher and know the things needed.
a.       Good at appearance
Maybe most of us think that appearance is an unimportant thing. But here, we will know that how important good appearance is. By dressing supposedly the teacher can get the respect of the student. What will happen if a teacher dresses uneatable ? the students will not respect at them because the students suppose that the teacher is a person of disorder kind. But not only that, appearance also involves the teacher’s way in walking, pointing someone or even opening their mouth. For example if the teacher opens their  mouth widely the student will laugh at them. There is one of the examples that became crucial in learning process.
b.      Discipline
If we heard about this word we will automatically think harshness, cruelty, a list of rules, firmness. But here discipline means obey the rules and absorptivity. The teacher comes on time will give them more points to be a good teacher, there is a reason why the teacher must keep their discipline inside the class. The reason, the teacher is a model around the class. They have to reflect the goodness in undergoing their daily teaching by showing and practicing discipline in the class.
c.       Good at teaching
It is very essential that intelligence of teacher’s brain is needed. But not only that, the social function of the brain is also needed. They have to be able to distinguish and divide among the student whether the students are smart of not smart enough. The teacher must be aware of weaknesses and difficulties faced by their student. So that, the teacher can relay the material comprehensively.
