What does a good teacher do when facing noising students ?

            A good teacher always watches and knows what he or she needs to do. In the class daily activities. We as the teachers often face the problem in teaching. One of the big problems is noising students. As teacher and model in the class, the teacher is expected to be sensitive to all situation in the class. A good teacher should be able to control students that labell;ed as the trouble makers. There are some factors that can generate this problem :

·         The students itself.

 This factor is not easy to overcome, we need to make an approach to them so that they know what we want on their attitudes in the class, a good teacher will make it easy to do. Good teacher will call them and give them “speech” that may be less or more make them rely on their misstake

·         The class situation

This point needs teacher’s attention. How the teacher treat the students and how the teacher make comfortable environment.  A good teacher will invite the student to be active so that the students will focus on the activity instead of make noisy.

·         Activity in the class.

Activity in the class can make this problem, can not it ?. for example, the teacher gets the students to make a group discussion in the class by themselves. Meanwhile, most of students scramble the capeble ones. They think that it is not fair if a group consists of capable students. It will make very bad situation in the class. What should a good teacher do to solve this problem ? the best way to solve this problom is by deviding the members of the group fairly. So that there is no noisy anymore.
